My name is Vanny, I would like to say thanks you to Tammy Foster Foundations who helping me with financial help during my difficult time of breast cancer.
It was very stressful and emotional time for me since I diagnosed with breast cancer On November 2016 until now I still have that feeling but Tammy Foster have made one of my stress away by providing with financial help.
Thanks you again to Tammy Foster Foundations team for all your help and supporting to me and to others women who had breast cancer.
I just wanted to thank the Tammy Foster Foundation for the generous donation I received earlier this year. I was able to put this toward attending a Cancer & Beyond Retreat at the Gawler Foundation in April. I was diagnosed with Mesothelioma Disease (form of Lung Cancer) in October 2104 and after 2 major surgeries, Chemotherapy and Radiation therapy I was looking for another way of healing my body and recovering from Cancer. Then I found the Gawler Foundation and attended a Cancer Fundamemtals Retreat in June 2016. This had a profound impact on my life and I have never felt better in mind, body & spirit even before I had the diagnosis. Without the help of this Foundation I would not have been able to attend the follow up Retreat Thank you so much
I was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer June 2016, a day after my little girl was born. This was quite a shock to our family as we also have two boys aged 3 & 4 and never expected to have to face such a battle at this stage of our lives. The generous donation we received from the Tammy Foster foundation helped with our immediate financial strain for which we are truly thankful.
Michelle & Darren
Thanks so much Tammy and Tammy Foster Foundation, your support has given me the opportunity to take some extra time to breathe before I return to work in the Aged care sector . I’m very appreciative.
This is from Margaret who has had breast cancer and has been given the all clear.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in April 2016 at the age of 40, it was a very scary time. After surgery for a lumpectomy I was told I would need to undergo a mastectomy of my left breast. Once I had recovered and returned to work I had noticed what I thought was a swollen gland in my neck had increased in size. After a lot of tests and scans I was diagnosed with a tumour in my saliva gland and also a tumour on my thyroid in September I had to undergo more surgery. The tumour on my thyroid was clear but they found an aggressive cancer in my saliva gland for which I am now 4 weeks into radiation treatment.
We are extremely grateful for the generosity of the Tammy Foster Foundation financially helping us out at a time of great stress and worry. I was facing more time of work to undergo treatment with no sick pay left due to having used it all recovering from breast cancer. You have helped give me time to recover with less stress which my husband and I appreciate so much.
